Die Oleander Bush
Above is the destruction of our four oleander bushes that were taking over our back yard. They were taller than our house and from the first to the last pic, you can see the shed get uncovered. We had tried to trim them back, but they were out of control even when we bought the house last year. We hired some guys to come and hack it down and finish off those stumps so they are level with the ground. The bush had been pushing the cement block fence over little by little so we are super relieved to have them gone.

At first I was like "Wow I'm impressed! That must have taken Nathan forever to get those down" and then I enlarged the picture to see it's not Nathan. Sometimes jobs are best left to those who know what their doing, eh? It looks really great! Congrats.
I'm speakng from experience...have the stump ground down. It will be back faster than you know. We had 6 of these in our yard. Brad and Mark got them down like that in 112 degree weather in JUNE!!!
Get stump killer and have them ground down!!!!!
Wow, that is a huge difference! Will that help keep the pool clean?
Noelle- We had them leveled to the ground and are using Round Up. Do you think that will be enough?
Betsy- It is so going to help keep the pool clean!!
If they start to grow back- and you'll see pretty quickly, cut them down again- have the stumps ground down and use "stump killer" you can buy it at home depot. Ours grew back like 5 times before we had that done. It was a nightmare.
